How to Map Project Contacts in Foundation
In this article, you’ll learn the steps to correctly map project contacts in the Foundation system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information is maintained.
1. Open the Jobs Module 0:00

Navigate to the mappings section.

Open the jobs module to access project contacts.
2. Map Customer Contact 0:08

Locate the customer contact in the drop-down menu.

Ensure this contact is mapped first as it overrides the company information section.
3. Select the Project 0:20

Identify the project you want to push.

Confirm that the linked contact is the correct customer.
4. Select the Accounting Contact 0:32

Choose the accounting contact linked in Foundation.

Note that this selection does not affect the job but is necessary for the mapping process.
5. Input Job Contact 1:04

Enter the desired job contact information in the designated field.
6. Push the Contact 1:13

Select the synced contact to push over to the project.
7. Verify Project in Foundation 1:24
