How to Pin Your Followup Outlook Plugin to Your Outlook Toolbar

Once you have the Followup CRM Outlook plugin, this is how to pin it to your Outlook ribbon for easy access and use within Outlook.

1. If you're using the Outlook desktop app: simply find the three dots symbol in your toolbar ribbon, click customize toolbar, find your Followup CRM add in, and drag it to wherever you'd like to pin it in your toolbar for ease of use.

2. If you're using Outlook from a web browser: simply right click on the Followup CRM Outlook add in, and select pin.
