      Step 1: Build Your Graphs

      Before using the Smart Analyzer, ensure that you've created your charts and graphs on your report canvas. The Smart Analyzer works with these visualizations to provide data-driven answers.

      Step 2: Access the Smart Analyzer

      1. Once your charts are set up, hover over the Smart Analyzer button.
      2. Click the button to activate the Smart Analyzer for your current graph or chart.

      Step 3: Ask Plain English Questions

      With the Smart Analyzer, you can ask questions directly about your data in plain English. For example:

      • Example Question: "Can we identify any outliers in the base bid data for 2024?"

      The AI will analyze the data and provide an answer based on your question, highlighting key insights directly on your graph.
