How to Manage the People Tab

We’ll walk you through the new enhancements in the People tab, designed to give system admins and team leads more visibility and control over user activity.

 
 
 

🆕 Overview

  • The new interface displays real-time numbers of various user types for better visibility.

  • Categories include Recent Users, Inactive Users, Deactivated, and Pending Invite.


👁️ View User Categories

  1. Go to the People tab.

  2. At the top, view the menu showing counts of each category.

    • Total Users: All active users.

    • Deactivated Users: profiles remain for historical activity but no access.

    • Pending Invite: invitations sent but not yet accepted (status may take up to 24h to clear).

  3. Click Review Users to filter and display only deactivated users.


📩 Manage Invitations

  • Resend All Invites:

    1. Click the button labeled Recent Invites.

    2. Confirm the prompt “Are you sure you want to resend?”

    3. Invitations go to all users in that category.

  • Resend Individual Invites:

    1. Go to Status and select Invite Pending.

    2. Filter by team.

    3. Find the specific user.

    4. Check the box next to their name to enable actions.

    5. Click Resend Invite to send only to that user.


🔎 Filter Users

  1. Use the new filters to view by category:

    • Active
    • Invite Pending
    • Locked
    • Deactivated

  2. For enterprise accounts, filter by team to narrow the view.

  3. For non-enterprise accounts, only one team is visible.


📊 Use the New Table

  • The new table shows more user details than before.

  • Apply a team filter (enterprise) to enable actions on specific users.

  • Columns include:

    • Team(s)

    • Calendar sync status

    • Created date

    • Email integration status

    • Last password change




✏️ Customize Columns

  1. Click Edit Columns.

  2. To start fresh, click Remove All Columns.

  3. Select the columns you want to display.

  4. Drag columns to reorder them.

  5. Drag up to three columns into the freeze area at the top to keep them fixed while scrolling.

  6. Click Apply to refresh the table.

  7. Adjust column width and sort order as needed.


🔐 Password Management

  • View Last Password Change for each user.

  • Use the Reset Password option directly from the People tab to manually reset a user’s password if they are locked out or having login issues.


This interface gives administrators a clearer view of user activity and streamlined tools for managing access and security settings.
