Custom project ID Foundation Software

Here is a quick video on how to set up a custom project ID that will go into your accounting or ERP system.

First, add a project custom field--you can edit this to be your custom project ID.

Once this is enabled, it will tell Followup to send the number that you entered in as your custom project ID.

Once the custom project ID is saved, you'll see the display label type listed as "text". 

Now, find your project and click on your project ID to open it

You'll see the field that says the text.
