In this article, weโll walk through how to identify where the Income and Cost figures in your Followup project are coming from in Foundation.
1. Open Your Project in Followup

Navigate to the project in Followup that is already integrated with Foundation.

Youโll notice that figures are already populated in the Income vs. Cost module.

Open Foundation.

From the Main Menu, go to:

Project Management โ Job Center

Use the Comments section to identify the Foundation job number.

Use this number to search and open the job in Foundation.

Once the job is loaded, click on Job Summary.

In Job Summary, locate the Billed to Date value.

๐ก Hover over the value to confirm it comes from AR Contract Receivables.

This number corresponds with the Income in Followup.

Locate the Cost to Date value.

This value pulls from Job History Detail.

This corresponds with the Expense in Followup.

Followup automatically computes Profit using the Income and Cost data from Foundation.

In Followup, click View Details on the Income vs. Cost module.

The Overview tab shows the same summary figures.

Click on the Transactions tab:

This enhancement ensures seamless communication between Foundation and Followup. The figures displayed in Followup's Income vs. Cost module directly reflect data from specific areas within Foundation.
