In order to get your Foundation and Followup accounts integrated, reach out to a product specialist here. We work hand-in-hand with you to make sure your accounts are mapped correctly to provide seamless data sharing. During that process, you can decide if you’d like to have any or all contacts that are created in Followup sync to foundation automatically, or if you’d like this to be manual.
Each company in Followup can be pushed as a customer to foundation, along with one contact. (unlike followup where you can have multiple contacts on a project, you usually just have 1 billing contact, therefore Foundation only allows 1 company name, and 1 contact.)
