In this video, we'll show you the new enhancement for managing security levels in the People tab.
First, we can see right here Recent Users, when you hover over this icon, it tells you that this is for users who have logged in within the last 90 days.
Inactive Users, this is for those who have not logged in for more than 90 days.
Deactivated, so these are users who no longer have access to the account but their profile stays in the account to preserve historical activities.
When we click review users right here, this will filter now the list of users to show only the deactivated users.
Then we have Pending Invite. Anyone who has had an invitation sent and has not accepted that invitation will be here. So it can take up to 24 hours after the user accepts their invite for their pending status to clear; they may not have access to some actions during this time.
We have this button right here where, if we click recent invites, this will send out those invitations again for the user to accept and gain access to the system.
Down here, we have new filtering options. As the deactivated users automatically did for us, we can come in here and filter for the type of user that we want to see.
Last Active, this is another filter that we have available now. So if we want to see only the users that have been inside a follow-up in the last seven days, this filter will show us only those users. And then we can filter beyond that as we see here in the list.
For Enterprise teams, we have this additional filter to be able to filter by team on the people tab.
- For non-enterprise teams, this will only show the one team that they are a part of.
We also have this new table, where we see much more information about the individual users than we previously saw.
You can filter by a specific team, I now have enabled the actions on the specific users to make any changes I want to make.
We see all of these new columns of information. This is completely editable now. So, we see this- this box right here for edit columns.
If I click Edit Columns, I now have a new design to update the system to show only the information that I want to see.
I can also drag columns above that I want to freeze, and what that will do is it will keep it fixed on the table when I'm scrolling. -The limit is 3 frozen columns.
You can move the names of the columns up and down. So now that I have these in the order that I like, I'm going to click Apply. This is going to refresh the page to show the columns that I've selected.
I can now maneuver the individual columns to the width that I would like
I can also click up here to change the way that the columns are sorted from column to column
We now have Calendar Status, this shows if my calendar is connected and synced with the Followup calendar to update any sales activities, or however those settings are set up.
The Teams that the users belong to. This will show if they belong to more than one team on here.
Created Date shows us when the user was actually created.
We can see our Email Status, so this shows if the email integration is currently set up.
Last Password Change, so this is a great new asset that we have enabled. This shows when the user last updated their password.
We now have the option to reset the password right here from the People Tab under Actions. This enables administrators and those who have access to the people tab in Followup to manually reset passwords for users if they're ever locked out or having trouble logging in.
