We’ll walk you through the new enhancements in the People tab, designed to give system admins and team leads more visibility and control over user activity.
1. Navigate to the People Tab
Go to Company Settings > People Tab in your account.
2. Review User Status Icons at the Top
You'll see a real-time summary of user types:

Recent Users – Logged in within the last 90 days.
Hover over the icon for details.

Inactive Users – Haven’t logged in for more than 90 days.

Deactivated Users – Removed from system access, but still visible for historical data.
-
Pending Invite – Invited users who haven't accepted the invite yet.
Note: It may take up to 24 hours for the status to update after acceptance.
3. Filter by Deactivated Users
Click the "Review Users" button under the Deactivated Users section to filter only deactivated profiles.
4. Resend Invitations
Click the "Recent Invites" button to resend email invites to users who haven’t accepted yet.
5. Use Filtering Options
You can narrow down the list of users using the filters on the left panel or top bar:

User Type

Last Active – e.g., show users active in the last 7 days.
Team Filter (Enterprise only) – Filter users by their assigned team.
Non-enterprise users will only see their default team.
6. Customize Table Columns
You can now manage what information is shown in the user table.

Click “Edit Columns”.

Drag and drop columns to rearrange.

Drag up to 3 columns to the “Frozen Columns” area (these will stay fixed when scrolling).

Click Apply to refresh the view.
7. Resize and Sort Columns

Hover over column dividers to adjust widths.

Click column headers to sort data (e.g., A-Z or by date).
8. Review Available Columns
Each column provides key info
about users:

📅 Calendar Status – Whether the user’s calendar is synced.

👥 Teams – Displays the team(s) the user belongs to.
-
📆 Created Date – When the user was added.
-
📧 Email Status – Whether email is integrated.
-
🔐 Last Password Change – Date the password was last updated.
9. Reset a User’s Password
Admins can now reset passwords directly from the table:

Click the Actions menu next to the user.
-
Select “Reset Password”.
-
Confirm to send a reset link to the user.
