How to Manage the People Tab

We’ll walk you through the new enhancements in the People tab, designed to give system admins and team leads more visibility and control over user activity.

 

1. Click Your Name

4. You'll see Users

5. Review User Status Icons at the Top

You'll see a real-time summary of user types: total users, deactivated users, and those that have pending invitations. You can click on "review users" under deactivated users to see those users that have been deactivated at a quick glance, as well as click "resend invites" under pending invites to resend invitations again.

You'll see an overview of all the users in your system(s), with various ways to filter and view this information below

6. Filter by Status

Filter by status of users (active, those with pending invites, locked, and deactivated users). You can choose to select one or multiple user status filters.

7. Filter by last active date

You can filter this information by a certain date range, showing when each user was last active.

8. You can also filter by team, depending on if you have multiple teams (systems) or not. 

(Enterprise only) – Filter users by their assigned team.

Non-enterprise users will only see their default team.

9. You can edit permissions or take various actions for each user:

(adjust user settings, quotas, sales behavior settings, edit their system(s), copy permissions to another user, edit their color code, lock their account, reset their password, or deactivate them as a user)

10. Edit Columns: You can edit what you information you want see here, as well as how you view it. 

  • You can also hover over column dividers to adjust widths, or click column headers to sort data (e.g., A-Z or by date).

11. This is where you can select which information do or don't want to see pertaining each user. You can drag and drop the columns to appear in whichever order suits you best, as well as freeze any columns you wish. Each column contains key info about users. 

  1. Drag and drop columns to rearrange.

  2. Drag up to 3 columns to the “Frozen Columns” area (these will stay fixed when scrolling).

  3. Click Apply to refresh the view.
