Pre-made Automation - When a Project sales status is updated to Contract send this email to project

Showing you how to build an automation.

First, we'll go ahead and click create. And this is when a status is updated. So this would be Event Based as opposed to time based. So when a project update sales status is updated. So we'll go to project, update and the condition is where you can add the sales status is updated to contract and click Save.

Then we want to email the project, the project contact. So we'll choose the first project contact, click save.

Then of course you need the template. I don't think any of these would apply. So thank you for your business and you can insert fields like their name and any of the rest of these that you'd like to choose from. After you create your email template, then you would select that to be the template that they would receive and click save.

Finally, I always recommend that you change or update the title of the automation so you know what it is and if you need to edit it ever.
