STACK Integration

Does Followup CRM integrate with STACK Construction Technologies? Yes, it does!

With the STACK integration, you can seamlessly connect Followup CRM to STACK to streamline your estimating process. This integration helps you save time, maximize profits, and increase your win rate by keeping projects and documents in sync across both platforms.

What the integration does

With this integration, you can:

  • Create projects in STACK directly from Followup CRM

  • Send project documents from Followup to STACK individually or in bulk with just one click

  • Keep bid dates aligned between Followup CRM and STACK

  • Easily access synced projects in STACK with quick navigation links

Step 1: Create a Project in Stack

  1. Open the project you want to sync in Followup CRM.

    • Example: a project named Testing AutoAuto.

  2. Click Create in Stack.

  3. If the project does not have a Bid Date, you will be prompted to add one.

    • Set the bid date (e.g., today’s date).

    • Click Save Project.

  4. Once the project reloads, click Create in Stack again.

  5. A confirmation message will appear:

    Stack project created successfully

  6. Click View to open the project in Stack.

Step 2: Verify Project Details

  • Your project now appears in Stack with the bid date you set.

  • Note: Project status does not sync automatically between Followup CRM and Stack. You’ll need to update the status manually in Stack.

Step 3: Sync Project Documents

  1. Go to the Documents tab in your Followup project.

  2. Choose one of two upload options:

    • Individual Upload: Drag and drop a single file into the Upload to Stack area.

    • Bulk Upload: Click Upload All to send all project documents at once.

  3. A confirmation message will appear:

    Upload file successfully

  4. Switch back to your project in Stack—you’ll see the uploaded file(s) listed.

Step 4: Confirm in Stack

  • Open the uploaded file in Stack to verify it transferred successfully.

  • Example: Opening the Plans Document will show it is now stored in Stack.

✅ That’s it! You’ve successfully created a project in Stack and synced your project documents.
